Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the operator of Mysels (the “Administration”, “we”) and an individual who registers a master cabinet or shop cabinet (the “User”, “you”). By registering a cabinet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.

These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy, which describes personal data processing. Client checkout on the storefront is governed by separate rules and consents applicable to guests of the Service.

The Administration is not a party to transactions between masters/shops and their clients, does not provide beauty services, and does not sell goods in its own name unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shop owners are responsible for accurate pricing, stock information, delivery terms, and further processing of buyer data after an order is received (including webhooks, CRM, or other systems).

Certain cabinet features may be offered on a paid basis or as a trial. Tariff terms, trial duration, and payment flow are shown in the Service UI. When payment providers are enabled, additional terms on billing, renewal, and refunds will apply.

The Administration may amend these Terms by publishing a new version at mysels.com/terms-en. Continued use of your cabinet after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. You may stop using the Service by deleting your cabinet or contacting support.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the Administration, subject to mandatory consumer and user protection rules in your country of residence where applicable. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; otherwise, through procedures required by applicable law.
